EdFund in Sacramento is the 2^nd largest guarantor of student loans in the nation … and come 2008, they’ll be conducting business in a new office park at the Mather Commerce Center in Rancho Cordova.  EdFund has signed the lease … and construction of their new corporate headquarters will be a $30 million dollar project, in a joint venture by McCuen Properties and Fulcrum Property. Eight hundred employees will work at the site. EdFund is the loan auxiliary of the California Student Aid Commission, whose offices will also be in the new location.
