Registrar’s spokesman Brad Buyce says some absentee ballots were mailed missing a voting card -- either the A or the B card:
The A card, of course, is with your contests and candidates, and the B card has all your state propositions and measures.
Buyce recommends all absentee voters open their ballots to make sure they have both cards.  If a card is missing, voters should call the registrar immediately.  They only have until October 31st to request another absentee ballot be mailed to them.  Buyce says so far only about 300 ballots out of 225 thousand have been discovered to have an error.
