Trammel Crow Residential wants to erect a four story building at R and 25^th Street, containing 96 condominiums. Construction could start next fall…although the project application hasn’t yet been filed with the city. R Street is a once-busy industrial corridor. This project joins several others in the cue that would add hundreds of new homes and condominiums. It comes at a time, though, when some other builders are becoming hesitant about urban condos … as construction costs are rising, but home prices generally are slipping.
