The Atlantis Rocklin Condominiums consists of about 55 townhomes at this point … constructed, but fenced in. The sales office, run by Avant Garde Development, and the construction company in Santa Fe, don’t answer calls. The City of Rocklin has put a lien on it. 

What was to be a 250-unit project appears to be a casualty of the sharp downturn in new home sales, which is especially pronounced in Rocklin and Lincoln. The brochures bill Atlantis as a gated resort community with a clubhouse and spa. Sales began last fall, and there were said to be more than 100 reservations. There’s no further information yet on the project’s future.
