Jazz Jubilee attendees will see significant changes this year, including a renewed focus on downtown and Old Sacramento. But, perhaps the biggest change occurred months ago with the hiring of Jill Harper, the Jubilee’s new executive director.

The 33rd Annual Sacramento Jazz Jubilee takes place May 26-29 in and around downtown Sacramento.
