Governor Urges Legislators to Take Action
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger insisted on Wednesday that 2005 must be the year for fundamental change in state government.

Speaking to the Sacramento Press Club, Schwarzenegger accused the Democratic-dominated legislature of just “hanging” rather than taking action, action, action. The governor said that unless lawmakers act fast, he’ll push hard for a special election on budget reform and redistricting.
