Its West Sacramento distribution center could employ more than 150 after the $35 million project by the deep water ship channel. While the company has signed the development deal, it won’t confirm this initiative. The expansion of its South Sacramento terminal is the other FedEx investment. It will bring up to 200 new part-time jobs when completed in October. These facilities are among 26 sorting hubs that FedEx has across the nation.
