Hoover Commission's Third Hearing; Focus on Streamlining Government
The state's Little Hoover Commission held its third hearing Wednesday on the governor’s California Performance Review.

The focus of the final hearing was on the Performance Review’s recommendations that many state boards and commissions be either eliminated or put under the governor’s direct control.
