Registrar of Voters spokesman Al Fawcett says they should be done counting absentee and provisional ballots in the next two weeks. Nothing is final yet until we’ve processed all the uncounted ballots and counted them and then we’ll certify the results. We have up to the end of the month to do that and we expect to take it about around Thanksgiving to complete this Now time. During this period when we’re doing our final procedures we are processing those uncounted ballots, determining whether the person is qualified to vote, if so we will open the absentee or provisional envelope and count the ballot, if not the ballot will remain in a sealed envelope. Undecided races include two Sacramento city school board seats and a Citrus Heights council seat. The closest race is for the County Board of Supervisors District 4 seat. Robert MacGlashen leads Bob Walters by only about 145-votes. Steve Milne - KXJZ news.
