Housing and labor market analysts predict job growth and a slight moderation in the crackling pace of new home sales in the region next year. That's a mixed economic picture presented for two thousand five, presented last week at the Business Journal's Earlybird Economic Forecast. Analysts generally agree tha new home sales will decline slightly next year to two thousand three levels. Meanwhile, home prices are expected to go up only five to ten percent next year, instead of the torrid home price increase of at least twenty percent expected for this year.
