Most of the new companies will be in a huge, sprawling building that’s being converted from its days of military use. The new firms will bring about 170 jobs. Wal-Mart Stores and two others have leased space in this big industrial building, where an Air Force conveyor belt seven and half miles long once moved airplane parts. So has a Yolo County manufacturer of paper products, named Pasha Industries, with 62 workers. And Fidelity National Title is expanding their McClellan Park operation in another building, where the company will continue processing home loans from around the country.
