Governor Fails on Immigrant =Issues
Immigrant rights groups say Governor Schwarzenegger deserves a low grade for his vetoes of immigrant-related bills.

The Sacramento-based California Immigrant Welfare Collaborative chose thirteen bills, including the highly publicized driver’s license measure, as a way to test the governor’s commitment to immigrant issues.
