Mothers Travelling State to Protest Prop 66
Two grieving mothers say they will travel the state urging voters not to approve Proposition 66 and weaken California’s Three Strikes law.

CeCe Stone’s daughter Marsha was one of two teenagers killed five years ago in a late night, single car crash in rural Sacramento County. The young driver, Richard Keenan, was found at fault and is now serving an eight year prison sentence. But CeCe Stone says the driver’s father, Jerry Keenan, is trying to buy an early release for his son. CUT: Stone 17 :17 Richard Keenan is now scheduled to be released in three years. Supporters of Prop 66 say Three Strikes should only apply to felons who intend to commit serious or violent crimes, not to young intoxicated drivers who make a fatal error in judgment. SOC
