Legistalture Delivers Bills to Governor for Action
Close to a thousand bills will be awaiting action by Governor Schwarzenegger when he returns to California from the Republican Convention.

Schwarzenegger has already indicated he will veto several high profile measures. Russ Lopez, a spokesman for Democrats in the Senate, spoke specifically about the controversial driver’s license for immigrants bill, saying Schwarzenegger has shown he can surprise.
