With her interests in classical and jazz music plus a penchant for broadcasting, Devin Yamanaka couldn't be happier at Capital Public Radio. Since 2006, she's hosted Excellence in Jazz, Classic Jazz and Swing, Blue Dog Jam, All Things Considered, Morning Edition, and classical music on KXPR. A longtime participant in the arts (she's a self-professed "band geek and occasional orch dork"), Devin loves the environment she's found at the station.

 

When not behind the mic, you can find Devin playing flute or catching up on her favorite crime dramas.
