The Sacramento County Public Health Department is offering discounted $10 flu shots - usually they cost about $30.
 
The elderly and residents at high-risk of coming down with influenza qualify for the vaccines. They include pregnant women, children, health care workers and the chronically ill.
 
The flu clinics offering discounted shots will be at various locations until November 7. Tuesday the Hart Senior Center will have the vaccines and Wednesday, it will be at the Fruitridge Community Center.
