An international manufacturer and wholesaler of home décor is expanding into Woodland. E&E Co. Ltd., which has operations from Shanghai to New York, is expected to occupy 320,000 square feet on North Pioneer Avenue this July. The space was vacated by a winery and an electrical supplier. E&E’s U.S. headquarters is in Fremont. It’s best known for its home fashions division, called JLA Home. The company supplies retailers with bedding, window coverings and other home décor items. It’s main clients include Costco, JCPenny, Target and Saks Fifth Avenue. The move to Woodland is an expansion, not a relocation of existing operations. The company started looking in late January for new space.
