John Moag could hold the future of the Sacramento Kings in his hands.  NBA Commissioner David Stern hired the Baltimore-based sports business consultant late last year to make a new arena in Sacramento a reality.  And late last month, Moag got the Cal Expo board to approve the start of negotiations – with just a three-paragraph letter and a 60-second statement at the board meeting.
