Sacramento State University President Alexander Gonzalez has had a tough year. Some of his big construction plans have faced setbacks. And last spring, the faculty took a no confidence vote in him. More than 75 percent said they disapproved of his leadership. On Thursday, Gonzalez addressed those issues head-on and pledged to communicate more openly.
