George Louie enlisted nine other plaintiffs to help him file suit against Wells Fargo, in Alameda and Sacramento counties. He alleges 30 branches violate the disabled-access laws. He acknowledged a grudge is involved … saying that he’d been treated wrongly by the bank. The primary violations in the lawsuits cite the lack of the words “No Parking” in the striped zone next to a handicapped parking space. He’s seeking nearly $3 million in general and special damages. Most of the businesses Louie has sued have settled out of court.
