Sheriff’s Sergeant RL Davis says the school got an anonymous call at around 8 AM claiming that an explosive device was somewhere on campus, ready to go off.

Davis says they take bomb threats seriously.

"The big thing at this point as far as the investigation goes is to determine where that call came from and if anybody in the community has any information as to who might have made that call they can receive a reward for $1,000.00"

Students were evacuated and dismissed for the day while authorities searched the campus but no bomb was ever found.
